Because of the setup time involved in burning screens and aligning the press, we typically require a minimum of 24 pieces for screen printing. For smaller orders, ask us about our DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfer options — no minimum required!
How many colors can you print?
Our M&R press is an 8-color machine. We can comfortably print complex logos with up to 6–8 spot colors, or use simulated process printing for photo-realistic designs.
Can you print on customer-supplied garments?
Yes, in many cases we can. However, we recommend purchasing garments through us — we have accounts with major distributors like SanMar and S&S Activewear — to ensure the fabric is compatible with our inks and dryers.
What's the turnaround time?
Our high-speed M&R press means faster turnaround than most shops. Exact timing depends on order size and design complexity — contact us for a specific timeline. We serve Yerington, Fernley, Dayton, Sparks, and Carson City with expedited options.
